I'm an engineer-turned-administrator with two decades of experience leading both corporate operations and public governance initiatives.
Today, my mission is straightforward: to develop and support India’s next generation of public leaders through human-centred administration, a joyful work culture, and service-first leadership.
I’ve worked extensively across HRD, leadership development, team building, and civic administration—under high-stakes committees, such as the Justice Chandrashekar Monitoring Team. But what matters most to me isn’t policy—it’s people.

I believe deeply in these principles:

• People-first systems outperform process-heavy systems.

• Teams that feel safe perform better.

• Public leadership must be value-led, not power-driven.
   

I work with officers, aspirants, and institutions to create high-integrity teams, embed joy into work culture, and lead not just from the front—but from the inside.
