I'm an engineer-turned-administrator with two decades of experience leading both corporate operations and public governance initiatives.
Today, my mission is simple: to develop and support India’s next generation of public leaders through human-centered administration, joyful work culture, and service-first leadership.
I’ve worked extensively in HRD, leadership development, team building, and civic administration, particularly under high-stakes committees such as the Justice Chandrashekar Monitoring Team. But what matters most to me isn’t policy - it’s people.

As a Karnataka Administrative officer - Add. Deputy Commissioner CADR), I'm dedicated to leveraging my two decades of cross-sector experience to drive meaningful transformation. My journey has taken me from leading operations in the corporate world at Keonics to spearheading impactful civic reforms in Bangalore. I see myself as an Engineer-Turned-Administrator, deeply committed to contributing to our nation's progress and fostering a truly happy work-life culture. My Expertise lies in critical areas like Land Acquisition, Land Reforms, and Land Grants, where I've gained hands-on experience under significant monitoring committees.
Beyond my administrative roles, I'm passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders, sharing practical insights, and the core principles of joy, love, peace, and happiness that guide my own fulfilling career. I believe in leading with integrity, a trait instilled while working under the monitoring and supervision of the Justice Chandrashekhar Committee – Shivram Karanth Layout and alike. My endeavour is to serve with purpose, continuously learn and share wisdom to inspire positive change.
